These terms apply to the WESH presale interface and the purchases you submit to the presale contract at 0xFfa22e3BdDbDcBdE9261f46BbD3fB38303A7B596 on BNB Smart Chain.

Risk disclosure

WESH is a variable-value digital asset. A purchase does not give you equity in DIJIERA HUB, a claim on revenue, or a right to mining, staking, marketplace access, ACHAT, SRP, liquidity, or an exchange listing. Those items are proposed unless a later document says a feature is live.

Delivery and vesting

A successful purchase records your WESH allocation in the presale contract. 20% is sent to your wallet at purchase. Then 13%, 13%, 13%, 13%, 14%, and 14% unlock every 30 days, starting at the first unlock after TGE. You claim the later unlocks yourself. TGE is 14 February 2027 at 06:00 UTC. The owner can set an earlier time up to 90 days after the sale ends, until TGE starts.

Price and limits

The contract price starts at $0.001 per WESH and increases every 24 hours at 06:00 UTC by $0.000103448275, reaching $0.00399999 on the final day. Each transaction must be within the on-chain minimum and maximum USDT amount. The sale can be paused by the owner. Purchases stop at the end time or when the token allocation is filled.

Referrals

You may attach a referrer on your first purchase. You cannot refer yourself. Commissions are paid in USDT only to uplines that meet the qualification stored on the contract. Commission rates on the contract are 10% / 5% / 4% / 3% / 2% / 1% (maximum 25%). Minimum personal buy to qualify: 25 USDT. Direct referrals required: 0 for level 1, 0 for level 2, 0 for level 3, 0 for level 4, 0 for level 5, 0 for level 6. Qualification rules are locked on the contract. Unqualified commission is not paid.

Finality

Presale purchases are intended to be final after a successful transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Participation may be restricted by location. Do not buy if you are in a jurisdiction that prohibits this activity.

No warranty

The interface and contract are provided as available. You can lose the assets you send. Review the contract on the block explorer and confirm the address matches this site before you approve USDT.
